A graduate of Business Commerce, Dave established his first finance and debt collection company in 1996. The business grew to employ over 800 staff before its sale. Dave then turned his focus solely to debt collecting and repossession services, joining and leading Australiawide Mercantile Agency.
Dave serves as the National Vice President of the Institute of Mercantile Agents. He directs the company with a strong focus on legislative compliance and positive result outcomes.
National Compliance & Office Manager
With years of experience in the Financial, Insurance and Banking industry, Kobie is a qualified Software and Book-keeping Training Facilitator. She is the backbone of the company's compliance and administrative operations.
Kobie is responsible for developing, initiating, maintaining and revising the Company's Compliance Program. She ensures all employees comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, reporting directly to the Director.
Senior Client Manager
Matthew entered the collections industry in 2004 and has never left. He is a recognised subject matter expert in collections, process improvement, compliance and IT systems.
Prior to joining Australiawide, Matthew held positions at major financiers ranging from Collection Officer to Training & Compliance Manager. He quickly progressed to Senior Client Manager and handles all collection and repossession matters with high compliance orientation.
Senior Client Manager
Wally brings 45 years of industry experience to the team. He spent 30 years with AGC Finance and 15 years at Toyota Finance Australia as the National Collections Centre Manager.
Wally approaches all work with the utmost professionalism, placing legislative compliance as his foremost priority in the drive to achieve results for clients. He is a valued and highly experienced member of the team.
Admin Support
Greg brings over 40 years of broad industry experience including roles at CDC, AGC Finance and Toyota Finance across accounting, office management, IT, finance, compliance and collections.
His last 13 years have been focused on asset possession, redemption and disposal — making him an invaluable resource for complex repossession matters.
Internal Agent & Skip Tracing Specialist
A qualified and trained Internal Agent and Field Agent, Davey is involved in both the collection and repossession process. He is an accomplished phone collector with a particular specialisation in skip tracing.
Davey's tenacity and dedication deliver outstanding skip search outcomes for clients. His focused approach makes him an essential part of the team for locating missing debtors.
Administration Support Officer
Shiraz joined the team in 2018 as a Client/Agent Manager. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting with previous experience in customer service and administration within the finance industry.
Shiraz has transitioned into the Administration Support Officer role, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a hardworking team-player attitude to the organisation.
